Organized by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), AAHAR 2026 will run from March 10 to 14. The five-day exhibition is expected to draw over 1,800 exhibitors from 17 countries and more than one lakh business visitors, making it one of Asia’s largest B2B platforms for food and hospitality.
