  2. To be eligible for a refund (based upon approval by team wownews24x7 via email), you must provide proof of purchase (order number and email address used for the purchase.
  3. Refunds will only be issued for subscription that the client has technical difficulty accessing. Outage of internet or slow speed of internet on the client’s side does not count under technical difficulty. For any queries regarding refund please get in touch with our team at [email protected]. Please include your order number, the email address used at the time of purchase, and a brief explanation of your issue / reason for requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
