Andhra Pradesh to Host Energy Efficiency Investment Bazar in Vijayawada on February 24

The Andhra Pradesh government is set to organize an Investment Bazar focused on energy efficiency in Vijayawada on February 24, 2026. Chief Secretary K. Vijayanand announced the initiative during a virtual review meeting with senior officials from APGENCO, APTRANSCO, and state DISCOMs.

The Investment Bazar will serve as a collaborative platform under the Bureau of Energy Efficiency’s financing framework, bringing together industries, financial institutions, technology providers, and policymakers. The event is designed to accelerate investments in energy-efficient technologies, strengthen MSMEs, and create new employment opportunities.

Officials emphasized that the state is committed to developing Amaravati as a hub for energy efficiency investments, aligning with India’s broader sustainability and clean energy goals.
