Asgard Alcobev Limited has announced a strategic manufacturing agreement between CMJ Breweries Private Limited and Brews & Bliss LLP to revive Golden Eagle Beer across the North East region and Bhutan. The partnership combines CMJ’s advanced brewing capabilities with Brews & Bliss’s exclusive commercial rights.
Manufacturing Alliance
Under the agreement, CMJ Breweries will produce Golden Eagle Strong, Mild, Premium Strong, and Premium Mild at its Byrnihat facility in Meghalaya. Brews & Bliss LLP, authorized by Mohan Meakin Limited, will oversee market coordination, funding, and compliance.
Territory And Duration
The contract covers Meghalaya, Assam, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Bhutan, effective from April 1, 2026, until March 31, 2029, with a 12-month lock-in period ensuring production stability.
