Bhopal is in a tizzy of excitement as 375 shining school students gear up to embark on the illustrious Vigyan Manthan Yatra tomorrow—a life-changing science expedition being arranged by the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science & Technology (MPCST). Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will be giving a special dinner to these talented young minds tonight, honoring their academic success and igniting their curiosity for what lies ahead.

Key Highlights

Elite Selection: Students, who were all above 75% and belonged to classes 8 through 12, were selected on the basis of their exceptional performance and interest in science. They are the future scientists of Madhya Pradesh.
Immersive Science Exposure: Vigyan Manthan Yatra provides experiential exposure to state-of-the-art research labs, space science centers, and innovation hubs all over India. Students will engage directly with distinguished scientists, see live experiments, and experience real-world scientific advances.
Holistic Learning: The experience is crafted to inculcate scientific temperament, generate innovation, and motivate students towards science and technology careers. A travel kit, science books, and a diary are provided to each participant to record their experience.
