PM Modi’s “No Discrimination Guarantee” To South States On Delimitation

During a special Lok Sabha session, PM Modi sought to calm fears about the Delimitation Bill 2026, which redraws parliamentary constituencies based on population. Opposition leaders had raised concerns that southern states could be disadvantaged compared to northern states with higher growth rates.
