Nitish Kumar Pushes For Swift Completion Of Bihar Medical And Engineering Universities

  
Bihar is set to witness a significant boost in higher education infrastructure as Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has called for the early completion of two flagship projects—the Bihar Medical University and Bihar Engineering University. During his inspection of the under-construction campuses at Mithapur, Patna, Kumar emphasized that these universities are vital for delivering high-quality medical and technical education to students across the state.  

The Chief Minister was accompanied by senior cabinet colleagues and top officials during the site visit. He underscored that the projects must be completed without delay and with strict adherence to quality standards. Kumar also noted that Mithapur is rapidly developing into an educational hub, already hosting institutions such as Chandragupt Institute of Management, Aryabhatta Knowledge University, NIFT, Chanakya National Law University, and Maulana Mazharul Haq Arabic and Persian University.
