In a Competitive World, Human Values Must Prevail: President Murmu
President Droupadi Murmu, addressing the 10th International Women’s Conference in Bengaluru, highlighted the need to maintain compassion, love, and unity in the face of technological changes and global competition. She pointed out that women have a unique capacity to lead with empathy, stating, “In such a competitive world, we must ensure our human values remain intact.”  The conference, themed “Just Be,” centered on self-reflection and resilience as essential tools for overcoming challenges. President Murmu commended the increasing contributions of women across various fields and urged collective action to tackle global issues such as climate change. She also praised the educational initiatives of the Art of Living as crucial investments in humanity.  The event brought together global leaders and changemakers, including Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and actress-MP Hema Malini, who both emphasized the importance of balance and self-acceptance in today’s fast-paced world.
