Biofuel Push: M V K Agro Food Signs Tripartite Pact With MNGL And GAIL For Biogas Supply
In a significant step toward advancing India’s green energy goals, M V K Agro Food Product Ltd has entered into a tripartite agreement with Maharashtra Natural Gas Ltd (MNGL) and GAIL (India) Ltd to supply compressed biogas. This collaboration integrates CBG production by M V K Agro with nationwide gas infrastructure managed by MNGL and GAIL.
The deal aligns with the Government of India’s SATAT (Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation) initiative, which promotes biogas as a cleaner substitute for conventional fuels. Through this arrangement, biogas produced by M V K Agro will be procured and distributed via GAIL and MNGL’s existing supply network, ensuring efficient market reach and environmental compliance.
