Toyota Camry Gets First Price Hike Since Launch

Toyota Kirloskar Motors has revised the pricing of its Camry sedan in India, marking the first price adjustment since its launch in December 2024. The premium hybrid sedan now carries a price tag of Rs 48.50 lakh (ex-showroom), reflecting an increase of Rs 50,000 over its previous price. Customers opting for the Platinum White Pearl exterior shade will need to pay an additional Rs 15,000.  

The ninth-generation Camry features a 2.5-litre inline-four petrol-hybrid engine, delivering a combined output of 230 HP and 221 Nm of torque. The powertrain is paired with an e-CVT gearbox, ensuring smooth performance and a claimed fuel efficiency of 25.49 km/l.  

Toyota has equipped the Camry with a range of premium features, including a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front and rear seats, a 360-degree camera, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a three-zone automatic climate control system. The sedan also boasts Level-2 ADAS, offering enhanced safety features such as lane departure warning, pedestrian detection, and road sign assist.
