Sasken Technologies Sweetens the Pot: Announces ₹13 Final Dividend for Shareholders

Sasken Technologies Ltd has declared a final dividend of ₹13 per equity share of ₹10 each for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, which was approved by the company's board of directors and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This announcement follows the interim dividend of ₹12 per share declared in October 2024 and reflects a consistent commitment from Sasken to reward its shareholders. 

 

On the share trading front, Sasken Technologies’ shares on the BSE closed at ₹1,624.85 compared to the previous close of ₹1,624.75, demonstrating a significant rise in share price. There was substantial activity, with 9,343 shares traded across 1,520 deals for the day. The stock reached a high of ₹1,710.25 during the trading day and a low price of ₹1,555.55 with a total turnover of ₹14,787,960. 

 

Once the final dividend is declared, it will be given to shareholders who name appears in the company register on the record date to be announced. The dividend is a testament to Sasken's strong performance and demonstrates the company's focus on consistent returns to its shareholders.
