RCB Elect to Bowl First Against Delhi Capitals in Crucial Home Clash

In an intriguing toss decision, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have opted to field first against Delhi Capitals (DC) at their home ground. Rajat Patidar, leading RCB at the toss, stated that the wicket looks good for batting and is unlikely to change much, making chasing the preferable option.

Delhi Capitals' stand-in skipper Axar Patel, however, believed batting first was an advantage on a dry surface that should assist spinners later. Both sides named their Impact substitutes, with Delhi including the likes of Jake Fraser-McGurk and Mohit Sharma, while RCB named Devdutt Padikkal and Liam Livingstone among their options.

RCB’s playing XI features big names such as Virat Kohli, Tim David, and Josh Hazlewood, while DC welcome back Faf du Plessis alongside KL Rahul and Mitchell Starc.
