Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd has delivered a standout performance for the March 2025 quarter, reporting a 98% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to ₹197.2 million, up from ₹99.7 million in the same period last year. Consolidated revenue from operations climbed 36% year-on-year to ₹1.08 billion, reflecting robust demand and strong execution across its defence manufacturing verticals.
The company’s board also announced a 1:2 stock split, sub-dividing each ₹10 share into two shares of ₹5 each, subject to shareholder approval. In another milestone, Paras Defence declared its first-ever final dividend of ₹0.50 per share (post-split), rewarding shareholders for their continued support.
Operationally, the quarter saw significant growth driven by the company’s expanding role in India’s defence and space sectors. Notably, Paras Defence was recently selected as a key industry partner in a government-led consortium to develop India’s first indigenous MRI machine, marking its entry into the advanced medical technology domain.
For the full fiscal year, the company reported revenue of ₹3.65 billion and net profit of ₹634.7 million, underscoring sustained growth momentum. The board will announce the record date for the stock split and dividend payout following shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
