NBCC Powers Up India’s Classrooms with ₹64.67 Crore in Fresh Projects

NBCC (India) Ltd, the state-owned infrastructure major, has secured new education infrastructure orders worth ₹64.67 crore, cementing its leadership position in the industry and reflecting strong growth momentum. The new orders are spread across three states—Delhi, Telangana, and Odisha—reflecting NBCC's growing national presence and capability to execute high-impact projects for India's education system.

Key Highlights:

The largest contract, valued at ₹29.65 crore, is for constructing a hostel block at Sewa Bharti’s Vidya Mandir in Mandoli, Delhi, aimed at boosting student accommodation and campus facilities.
In Hyderabad, NBCC will undertake infrastructure development at the prestigious NALSAR University of Law, with a project value of ₹18.05 crore, supporting the university’s ongoing expansion and modernization.
The third contract, valued at ₹16.97 crore, consists of overall developmental work at Dhamnagar College in Bhadrak, Odisha, with improved academic and administrative facilities for local students.
These state government education department and institutional ordered contracts reflect NBCC's continued momentum in the educational infrastructure sector as well as winning competitive bids in parts of the country.
The firm is targeting significant growth too, with a recent MoU with Maharashtra's MAHAPREIT hoping for ₹5,000 crore in FY26 revenue.
NBCC's stock reacted favorably to the news, indicating investor faith in its operational performance and future outlook.
