This is due to economic development in urban centers like Monterrey and San Pedro Garza García. Secondhand are Nayarit (45,622 pesos/m²), spurred by its resort appeal in Riviera Nayarit, and Jalisco (43,173 pesos/m²), led by the key market of Guadalajara. Meanwhile, Baja California Sur experienced the highest year-over-year price appreciation at 14.7%, fueled by low housing supply and strong demand in resort areas like Los Cabos.
