Maruti Suzuki Ignites 2025 with Launch Thrust, Powers Record Sales Engine

Maruti Suzuki India will fuel its 2025 volume growth with a robust launch pipeline and gaining sales momentum. Maruti is set to launch its first electric SUV, the e-Vitara, in September-a top-end up to 500 km range with best-in-class features to take on the likes of Hyundai Creta EV and MG ZS EV. Apart from that, Maruti will also introduce a 7-seater Grand Vitara, new Fronx hybrid facelift, and Baleno and Brezza facelifts, saturating all the top segments.

This launch blitz follows Maruti Suzuki’s highest-ever annual sales: over 2.23 million units in FY2024-25, including record exports of 3.32 lakh units. Utility vehicles led the charge, reflecting India’s shift toward SUVs and hybrids. With new models and electric thrust, Maruti Suzuki aims to further cement its leadership in the Indian passenger vehicle market.
