In a thrilling IPL clash, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) secured a convincing 7-wicket win over Punjab Kings at the end of the 19th over. Chasing 158, RCB reached 159/3 in 18.5 overs, thanks to a sensational unbeaten 73 from Virat Kohli. Displaying class and composure, Kohli struck 7 boundaries and 1 six in his 54-ball knock, anchoring the chase after a steady start.

Devdutt Padikkal provided strong support with a brisk 61 off 35 balls, including 5 fours and 4 sixes, as the pair added a crucial 103-run stand for the second wicket. Despite early pressure from Arshdeep Singh, who removed Philip Salt in the first over, RCB never lost control of the chase.

Punjab Kings, after putting up 157/6 in their 20 overs, couldn't contain the RCB batting lineup. Harpreet Brar was the most economical for Punjab, finishing with figures of 4-0-27-1. With this win, RCB boosts its momentum heading deeper into the tournament.
