The latest box office numbers reveal contrasting fortunes for two major releases—Kesari: Chapter 2 and Sunny Deol's Jaat. While Kesari: Chapter 2 struggled to maintain its weekend momentum, Jaat has officially crossed the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide.

Kesari: Chapter 2, starring Akshay Kumar, saw a promising start with Rs 7.75 crore on its opening day, followed by Rs 9.50 crore on Saturday and Rs 12 crore on Sunday. However, the film faced a sharp decline on Monday, managing only Rs 4.50 crore, bringing its total earnings to Rs 34 crore. The historical drama, which explores events following the Jallianwala Bagh massacre, now faces the challenge of sustaining audience interest in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, Jaat, led by Sunny Deol, has achieved a significant milestone, crossing Rs 100 crore worldwide. The film has earned Rs 76.40 crore in India, with Monday’s collection adding Rs 2 crore to its total. Despite a slowdown in daily earnings, Jaat continues to perform steadily, reinforcing its appeal among mass audiences.

Other films, including Good Bad Ugly and Odela 2, also experienced a dip in collections, reflecting a broader trend of declining weekday numbers across multiple releases.

Box Office Trends:
- Kesari: Chapter 2 saw a steep drop on Monday, collecting Rs 4.50 crore, bringing its total to Rs 34 crore.
- Jaat crossed Rs 100 crore worldwide, with Rs 76.40 crore from Indian ticket sales.
- Other releases, including Good Bad Ugly and Odela 2, witnessed declining weekday earnings.
