Ishaara, the acclaimed eatery famous for its original Indian recipes, has collaborated with Chef Pin to offer an exclusive Chettinad pop-up menu called Whispers of Chettinad. This food affair, scheduled from April 25 through April 30, 2025, at Phoenix Mall of the Millennium in Wakad, Pune, presents a colorful display of Tamil Nadu's rich heritage of Chettinad cuisine. Culinary Collaboration:
  • The pop-up is a joint venture by Ishaara and Chef Pin, a home chef and baker platform, with home-chef Rekha Rigo.
  • Rekha Rigo, who hails from Chennai, brings her love of re-discovering South Indian cuisine to this pop-up.
Authentic Chettinad Menu:
  • The menu consists of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including the Assorted Vadai Platter, Chettinad Uppu Kari, and Mushroom Pepper Masala.
  • Signature dishes such as the slow-cooked Chettinad Mutton Curry come with sides such as Kongu Nadu Vellai Pulao and flaky Parottas.
  • Desserts such as Elaneer Payasam complete the meal with a touch of sweetness.
