HP Inc. and the HP Foundation have unveiled the 2025 Digital Equity Accelerator cohort, selecting eight nonprofit organizations from Greece, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Spain to drive digital inclusion and skills development. The initiative aims to bridge the digital divide by equipping disconnected adolescents and adults with technology, training, and education access.

Each nonprofit will receive a $100,000 grant, HP technology solutions, and six months of virtual training to enhance their capacity and scale their impact. The program, now in its fourth year, has already helped 27 organizations expand their reach to over 9 million people.

Michele Malejki, Global Head of Social Impact at HP Inc., emphasized that equitable access to technology is essential for the future of work. She noted that the Accelerator empowers nonprofits to provide digital literacy and AI-driven skills development, ensuring communities have the tools needed to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

The selected organizations include Socialinnov and The Smile of the Child from Greece, Solve Education Foundation and Markoding from Indonesia, She Code Africa and Slum2School Africa from Nigeria, and Fundación Esplai and AlmaNatura from Spain. These nonprofits focus on digital skills training, education access, and community-driven initiatives to support underserved populations.

HP’s commitment to digital equity aligns with its broader goal of enabling 150 million people to access technology and education by 2030. The Accelerator continues to play a crucial role in fostering innovation and inclusion across global communities.
