Gujarat Titans Post a Massive 209/4, Shubman Gill Leads the Charge with a Blistering 84

In a sensational batting display, Gujarat Titans piled up a commanding total of 209/4 in their allotted 20 overs. Captain Shubman Gill led from the front, smashing 84 runs off just 50 balls, peppered with five fours and four sixes at a brisk strike rate of 168.00. He was ably supported by B Sai Sudharsan, who scored a fluent 39, and Jos Buttler, who remained unbeaten on 50 from 26 deliveries.

 

Contributions from Washington Sundar (13) and Rahul Tewatia (9) further propelled Gujarat past the 200-mark. Among the bowlers, Maheesh Theekshana was the pick, claiming two crucial wickets for 35 runs, while Jofra Archer and Sandeep Sharma picked up one apiece. Despite their efforts, the Titans’ aggressive batting kept the scoring rate high throughout the innings.
