Despite a valiant effort from Ajinkya Rahane, who scored a fluent 50 off 36 balls, KKR could only manage 159/8 in their chase.

The Titans’ bowling unit executed a clinical performance with Rashid Khan and Prasidh Krishna each grabbing two wickets at an economical rate of 6.25. Washington Sundar struggled with the ball, leaking 36 runs in his 3 overs, while Mohammed Siraj provided an early breakthrough, dismissing Rahmanullah Gurbaz.

KKR’s chase never really gained momentum as wickets kept falling at regular intervals. Youngster Angkrish Raghuvanshi shone bright with a brisk 27 off 13, but the required run rate proved too steep.
