In a historic step to spur economic growth and empower local communities, the government has made plans to set up industrial parks in each constituency, with a special emphasis on developing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and motivating young entrepreneurs. Telangana Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu unveiled that these new-generation industrial parks will be constructed to international standards, with sound infrastructure and a business-friendly atmosphere in urban and rural areas as well.

The project was launched with the laying of the foundation stone of the 'Mobility Valley Park' in Vikarabad district's Yenkathla village on 862 acres, which will provide employment opportunities for close to 10,000 youngsters. The idea is to decentralize industrial development beyond big cities such as Hyderabad and to ensure that there are equal opportunities for investment and job creation in every constituency.

A distinctive aspect of the plan is the allotment of 10% of park area to women and SC/ST entrepreneurs, showing a deep sense of commitment to inclusive growth. The parks will be developed by the Industrial Area Development Authority, which will coordinate land acquisition, infrastructure, and regulatory clearances to ensure quick project implementation.

This courageous policy is expected to revolutionise the manufacturing ecosystem, lift rural economies, and make Telangana a template for balanced, sustainable growth.
