The PGP is a 120-day rigorous training that blends intensive classroom learning with actual project exposure, rendering participants job-ready through practical, site-based learning.

Trainees will be working on a 25-acre township construction site directly, performing on-site day-to-day tasks and participating in model case studies to hone technical as well as communication skills.

The curriculum includes both basic and advanced topics of quantity surveying and contract management, government and private sector standards-compliant.

The course has a distinct "learn and do" format in which students learn conceptual QS basics, but also work on live projects with tasks such as estimation, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, billing, and quality reporting for different township elements like villas, roads, and overhead tanks.

All trainees will receive a four-month hands-on experience certificate from the township builder, which will authenticate their project-handling skills and enhance employability.
