The orders, ranging from marque names like Marwadi Educare Foundation, Avid AV Technologies, to Lightalive Solutions, uphold the company's leadership in India's commercial lighting segment and testify to its operating strength.

  • Major Order Awards: Three large orders were awarded to the company—₹12.7 million from Marwadi Educare Foundation (six months' delivery), ₹57.1 million from Avid AV Technologies (one-year completion), and ₹21.2 million from Lightalive Solutions (two years' execution). All orders are for the production and supply of high-tech lights and fixtures.
  • No Related Party Transactions: Focus Lighting assured that these agreements are free from any related parties, keeping things transparent and governed.
  • Financial Performance: Based on robust execution, the business witnessed a 69% rise in net profit at ₹391.8 million and a 33% rise in revenue to ₹2.24 billion for FY24.
