Ditch the Nightclub, Hit the Coffee Bar: Where Beats and Brews Collide

Get up and have some fun! This morning, Green Table Cafe in Los Angeles turned a basic coffee outing into an all-out party by offering "MORNING MOTION | coffee rave." From 9am to noon, people danced their little hearts out and someone sat behind the coffee bar pushing a button to brew a non-stop stream of coffee. Dancing starts the weekend on high notes of movement + music + coffee from café, all before most folks have finished their first cup.

 

The community feel provides a feeling of reconnecting to our minds - and to each other on any dance floor - while filling our bodies with caffeine. The coffee rave reference offers a new take on sobriety that is a high-energy counterpart to nightlife and is making a quick transition to the other coffee option for endorphins. In which the drug-induced memories of being up all night can now be a constant part of weekends without the drowsiness or spinning when waking up.
