GTPL Hathway Limited, India's leading digital cable TV and broadband service provider, has achieved a significant milestone by crossing ₹3,500 crore in annual revenue for FY25, marking an 8% year-on-year growth. The company’s Q4 FY25 revenue stood at ₹898.9 crore, reflecting a 10% increase compared to the same period last year.

Broadband Revenue: ₹545.6 crore, up 4% annually.

EBITDA: ₹462.5 crore for FY25, with a margin of 13.2%.

Subscriber Growth: Digital cable TV active subscribers rose to 96 lakh, while broadband subscribers reached 10.45 lakh.
Operationally, GTPL Hathway expanded its home-pass infrastructure to 59.5 lakh, with 75% now FTTX-ready. Broadband ARPU increased to ₹465 per month, and average monthly data consumption per user grew by 11% to 396 GB.
The company continues to dominate the digital cable TV market in Gujarat and West Bengal, with operations spanning 1,500 towns across 26 states. The board has recommended a dividend of ₹2 per share, representing 20% of the face value.
