CRISIL Ltd has posted strong financial performance in the March 2025 quarter, reflecting its consistent growth pace and focus on shareholder value. The consolidated revenue from operations of the company stood at ₹8.13 billion for the quarter, with evidence of healthy demand for its ratings, research, and analytics services in domestic as well as overseas markets.

Net profit for the quarter was ₹1.6 billion, reflecting the operational efficiency and cost discipline of CRISIL. The company's performance was led by a balanced contribution from its ratings business and its growing research and analytics segment, which continues to derive benefits from outsourcing trends globally and rising regulatory demands.

In an effort to reward shareholders, the board of directors has put forward an interim dividend of ₹8 per equity share. Such a dividend amount is consistent with CRISIL's history of paying dividends uninterruptedly and supports its stature as a company that is favoring shareholders.

Management was optimistic about maintaining growth, citing a robust order book, diversified client base, and continued investments in technology and talent. CRISIL's recent results reaffirm its leadership position in the financial services industry and its capability to deliver value in a changing market environment.
