Arkade Developers Ltd has reported impressive pre-sales of ₹7.73 billion (₹773 crore) for FY24-25, marking a strong performance in Mumbai’s dynamic real estate market. The company’s pre-sales for the first nine months of FY25 reached ₹556 crore, up 23.8% year-on-year, reflecting robust demand and successful project launches in the city’s western and eastern suburbs.

Arkade’s pre-sales surge is driven by a strategic focus on luxury and redevelopment projects, aligning with shifting consumer preferences in Mumbai. Notably, the company added three new redevelopment projects in January 2025, covering five acres and 5.85 lakh sq ft of saleable area.

The company’s net profit for Q3 FY25 rose marginally to ₹50 crore, while revenue stood at ₹231 crore. For the first nine months of FY25, revenue reached ₹560 crore, and EBITDA grew to ₹170 crore.

Arkade’s ongoing and upcoming projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) have a combined turnover potential of over ₹7,000 crore, with a robust pipeline of eight new projects.

Chairman Amit Jain highlighted Arkade’s commitment to sustainable stakeholder value and its expansion strategy across Mumbai’s suburbs, with no plans to enter new cities in the near term.
