In a first-ever collaboration, IIM Raipur and XLRI Jamshedpur are partnering to introduce an unprecedented executive programme titled "Strategy and Leadership Lessons from Nature" that aims to transform leadership training for C-suite professionals and senior business leaders. To be held from November 7–10, 2025, at the Tadoba Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra, this residential course will take leaders out of their comfort zones and into the wilderness, merging strategic business acumen with ecological smarts.
Participants will undergo a life-changing process comprising classroom sessions, guided wildlife safaris, reflective exercises, and leadership dialogues led by premier academicians, strategy consultants, and wildlife experts. The curriculum is based on the 'FINER' philosophy—Flexible, Intuitive, Non-linear, Excitable, and Responsible—directly derived from nature's four-billion-year history of innovation and adaptability.
The course also touches on biomimicry, the circular economy, and the 'LEG' model (Laziness, Ego, Greed), which enables leaders to understand how these behaviors, in balance, can fuel sustainable growth or destabilize organizations. The nominations are available until June 10, 2025, providing a unique opportunity for executives to reimagine leadership from nature's playbook.
