Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), the state-owned engineering giant, has reported a remarkable 19 percent year-on-year growth in revenue for the financial year 2024-25. The company’s revenue reached Rs 27,350 crore, reflecting its strong performance and leadership in the power and industrial sectors.

- BHEL achieved its highest-ever order inflows, amounting to Rs 92,534 crore, boosting its total order book to Rs 1,95,922 crore.  

- The power sector remained a key contributor, with orders worth Rs 81,349 crore, while the industrial segment secured fresh orders of Rs 11,185 crore.  

- The company successfully commissioned or synchronized 8.1 GW of thermal power capacity, showcasing its focus on project execution and operational efficiency.
