Bajaj Finserv Ltd. announced its fourth quarter ended March 2025 financials, showing a robust performance on major parameters. The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹2,416 crore, up 14% year on year from ₹2,118 crore in the previous corresponding period. Consolidated revenue from operations during the quarter was ₹36,596 crore, up 14% from ₹32,041 crore in Q4 FY24.
The Board of Directors also proposed a last dividend of ₹1 per face value of ₹1 equity share, a 100% payout. This ₹159.67 crore dividend is equal to the payout last year and is subject to approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
For the whole of 2024-25, the net profit of Bajaj Finserv was at ₹8,872 crore, an increase of 9% over the previous year. The consolidated income of the company during the year surged to ₹1,33,822 crore, reflecting the continuity of momentum in its financial services businesses.
Bajaj Finserv's strong quarter performance is a reflection of its strength and growth trajectory in a dynamic market situation.
