The property will feature the brand’s signature design philosophy, combining playful interiors with functional spaces, and is expected to attract a diverse clientele seeking comfort and style.

 

This expansion follows the recent launch of 'THE Park Indore,' a 99-room luxury hotel that has already introduced Apeejay’s award-winning hospitality brands such as Aura, Aqua, Someplace Else, and Flurys to the city, further strengthening the company’s regional footprint. The new Zone by The Park property will complement this portfolio, catering to the mid-market segment with a focus on smart, tech-enabled services and dynamic social spaces.
