Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Ltd has announced the signing of a definitive hotel management agreement for the development of a new 'Zone by The Park' property in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This move marks a significant step in the company’s strategy to expand its presence in central India and tap into the region’s growing demand for contemporary hospitality experiences.
The upcoming 'Zone by The Park' in Indore will be developed as a 117-key hotel in the city’s Alankrit Film City area, offering a modern, vibrant, and eclectic stay experience tailored for both business and leisure travelers. The property will feature the brand’s signature design philosophy, combining playful interiors with functional spaces, and is expected to attract a diverse clientele seeking comfort and style.
This expansion follows the recent launch of 'THE Park Indore,' a 99-room luxury hotel that has already introduced Apeejay’s award-winning hospitality brands such as Aura, Aqua, Someplace Else, and Flurys to the city, further strengthening the company’s regional footprint. The new Zone by The Park property will complement this portfolio, catering to the mid-market segment with a focus on smart, tech-enabled services and dynamic social spaces.
Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels’ leadership expressed optimism about Indore’s potential as a hospitality hub, citing the city’s status as a commercial and cultural center and its growing popularity among both domestic and international travelers. The agreement underscores the group’s commitment to sustained expansion and innovation in India’s evolving hotel industry.
