Operations at the facility are to be initiated in phases from the fourth quarter of the FY 2025-26. The battery packs to be manufactured will be mainly catering to the domestic market, and commercial launch is planned for January 2026.
The new facility is a part of the group's larger mission to service the increasing need for clean energy solutions in the energy storage and mobility markets. Endurance Technologies' group entity Maxwell Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. is already well-established in battery management systems, and the new facility is poised to further cement the group's leadership position in the new energy landscape.
