Adani Realty will be launching its largest realty project till date—a ₹10,000 crore integrated township of over 1,000 acres at Panvel, just adjacent to the new Navi Mumbai International Airport being built by the Adani Group itself. Dubbed "Adani Panvel," the township is roughly twice the size of the group's Dharavi redevelopment and has been taken from their headquarter city-in-redevelopment Shantigram in Ahmedabad but scaled up much bigger. The development will be rolled out in phases over a decade, comprising luxury housing, commercial and retail space. The official launch will come after the opening of the airport, with groundwork and major infrastructure, including a new access road, already underway. The mega development is expected to ride the real estate boom in Navi Mumbai, driven by large-scale infrastructure development like the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link and the airport project itself.
