Employees in Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and NCR spend 5% of their lifetime commuting, as per a MoveInSync Q1 2025 report. Bengaluru's employees clock 50 minutes for 15 km one way, Hyderabad has an average of 45 minutes (16 km), and NCR 55 minutes (22 km) owing to cross-jurisdictional commuting
Hybrid work experiences 2–3 reporting days of employees per week, with Wednesdays being the most peak (82,000 cabbie bookings in Bengaluru). Small GCCs experience employees spending ₹15,000–16,000/month on commute, whereas bigger companies optimize costs with EV fleets (45,000 EV rides per month in Bengaluru) and pooling shuttles
